AFTERNOON TEA at Cupcakes For You in the West End of Glagow.........We would love for you to join us at our elegant little boutique for afternoon tea.
Afternoon tea must be prebooked so that you will be able to enjoy your experience to the maximum.
We can cater for up to six people at your table which will be lavishly laden with pots of tea and coffee, freshly made sandwiches and other little savoury treats for you and you friends to enjoy. Once you have finished the last crumbs from those plates, we will then bring to you a tier filled with cakes, scones, tartlets, meringues and many other sweet goodies for you to enjoy.
This afternoon tea is like no other, we offer this to you in our vintage themed boutique which is decorated just like a sitting room from the 1940s/50s. You will have the sounds of the eras softly playing in the background. Alof our products will be served in and on the most elegant of vintage china, set on gorgeous table linen and of course the cutlery will be sterling silver. You will be able to browse the many magazines of the 40s , have a chat with friends or just watch the world go by.
Our afternoon tea , which will leave you tummy full and your head swimming is £20.00 per person.
A typical menu consists of :
Freshly made sandwiches, quiche, miniature sausage rolls (all handamde)
mixed salad leaves, cherry tomatoes etc
Cupcakes
Scones with handmade jams and clotted cream
Meringues (individual)
Fruit Tartlets
and other cakes which change on a daily basis
There is no limit to the amount of pots filled with tea or coffee at your table. There is no extra charge if you would prefer flavoured teas or speciality coffees.
